Do you cater for children?
We are delighted to welcome everyone of all ages. Please note that as we do not have a children’s menu, we are delighted to serve smaller portions from our main dishes. Whilst we have a limited number of highchairs, it is difficult to accommodate young children and pushchairs during our evening A la Carte service.
Do you allow dogs?
Four legged friends are more than welcome in our outside courtyard. However due to the nature of our dining experience we only allow guide dogs inside the restaurant.
Is there a dress code?
Smart casual is great, please feel free to dress up too!
When do you serve food?
We are open on:
Thursday Tapas menu 12:00 – 23:00
Friday serving Tapas 12:00 – 16:00: À la carte 18:00 to 23:00
Saturday serving Tapas menu between 12:00 to 16:00 and then our À la carte 18:00 to 23:00.
Sunday we are open from 12:00 to 17:00, serving our delicious Sunday Roast menu.
If you would like to join us for drinks, please join us anytime during our opening hours.
Do you cater for allergies?
We do cater for most allergies, and we do ask that you make ALL allergies known to us.
Do you cater for Vegan and Vegetarians?
We do not have a specific menu; however, we will always have one option for each course to cater for you. We have dishes that can be made vegan on request, so please make it known when booking that you are vegan.
Do you have disabled access?
The restaurant is accessible for wheelchairs, sadly due to the nature of the building wheelchair access to the toilet area is restricted.
Do you offer private venue hire?
Yes, we have a select number of dates throughout the year where the restaurant is available for private hire. We can accommodate weddings, parties, conferences, and functions. Please get in touch by email Info@podshaversrestaurant.co.uk with all enquiries.
Can we bring our own cake?
Yes, you are more than welcome however parties over 10 there will be a cake fee of £3 per person.
Our cancellation policy
We are a small family run restaurant relying on bookings to be honoured by our guests or sufficient notice being given of any required change.
Due to the location of our restaurant, we do require 48 hours notice of any cancellations or amendments to a booking. We require a credit or debit card number to confirm your reservation when booking. We will only make a charge if you fail to turn up without notice or cancel your booking within forty-eight hours of your table reservation. In this case we will charge a cancellation fee of £20 per person for dinner and £10 per person for lunch.
